Located at 3101 Grand Avenue (the site of my once-upon-a-time dry cleaner, what an evolution!!), this 1.7-acre Coconut Grove mixed-use project will include 20 ultra-luxury condos ranging from 1,500 to 4,000 SF priced from $2.5 to $8 million, 40,000 SF of retail, and 100,000 SF of office space. There will also be an open-air poolscape, and a rooftop restaurant overlooking Biscayne Bay.
In partnership with the longtime landowners, the Espinosa family, the Allen Morris Company will break ground this year on the community-focused project that honors local heritage and sets new standards in sustainable design.
Additionally, the development will enhance Kirk Munroe Park and Fuller Street, strengthening the Grove’s famously walkable lifestyle.
