5 Stars all the way! Monica was such a calming influence during our home-selling process! Her written contract got immediate action because she listened intently to the needs of both the Buyer and the Seller, avoiding unnecessary back-and-forths by getting it right the first time. Monica is a straight dealer, who is at all times respectful and responsive, diplomatically imparting her experienced wisdom regarding aspects of the selling process. She came up with options and solutions to ensure the Buyer felt confident in the property, and made it convenient to have them carried out. In short, Monica is an expert transaction facilitator. Can we get her working on World Peace next? Because I suspect she will make real progress. She is that good.

We were lucky enough to be connected with Monica in November of 2020 and she seamlessly assisted in the leasing of a condo during peak season, giving the warmest welcome to Miami. We recently went through our first buying process and both Monica and Justin made the process as easy as any buying process can be. Steady communication throughout, responsive, exceptionally knowledgeable of the market/trends/area, recommendations for anything and everything (from restaurants to handymen). Monica and Justin are beyond what you can ask for in agents!

We own investment properties in various states across the country. We were interested in purchasing an investment property in South Florida, near Miami. We chose Josefina to be our real estate agent as she was very knowledgeable of the various communities in and around Miami and she was able to help us narrow down our search to a few communities that met our criteria. We purchased our condo with Josefina and she handled every part of the transaction with utmost care and professionalism. 5 Stars -- The reality of selling our home of 33 years is now sinking in. This house represented the zenith of my journey from an impoverished background in a third-world country to achieving the American dream as told in my book "Out of the Doubles Kitchen."
Our kids and grand kids see this house, their childhood home, through nostalgic lenses as our lives were so wrapped up in it. It wasn't just a cold, emotionless, solely financial transaction. It was about the feelings that went with the house that was not just four walls that provided shelter. It was tied to memory and, consequently, permeated with significant value beyond anything monetary. Our home was like an extension of us, so selling it felt like letting go of a piece of our self-identity and our achievement.
Also, I think that our pride of ownership was a positive vibe that the buyer must have felt.
Sorry for the philosophical digression. The main reason I wanted to write this comment now is to say how pleased we were with Justin's professional interpersonal skills in handling all the details that made the transaction seamless. Justin stepped up at a time of Monica's personal loss of her spouse and hit the ground running until and even after the closing.
